Shelter-building

, Start Time: 11:00, End Time: 16:00

Wannabe hobbits can join Laggan Forest Trust and expert dry-stone dyker Nick Aitken to learn how to build woodland shelters from stone and wood found in the forest.

This course runs from 11am until 4pm with a break for lunch, and is suitable for adults and children over the age of ten.

The workshop is available for the bargain price of £10 per person, available because of a generous subsidy from the Bank of Scotland foundation.

Participants should bring work gloves with them, or let us know if they will need to borrow.

Booking is essential for this fantastic workshop. Please get in touch by calling 01528 544366 or by e-mailing projects@lagganforest.com.
